mixer hierarchy

One interface thought I thought I'd share.

It would be great is there was some way for the hierarchy in the mixing board to be made visually clear and easy to navigate. (this is a problem in many applications!)

I don't have a bright idea for this myself but at least a jump to the strip being fed should be available...

That's being added in PR2: right-click a "Send to..." pops up "Select Target Strip"
