Here is a special MU.LAB test version:
http://www.mutools.com/mulab/test/mulab ... 25-win.zip
How to use this test version:
1) Simply unzip to a new folder and run Mulab.exe
2) Goto Help menu -> Start Logging
3) Now goto File menu -> Open Session (or use another point in Mu.LAB where you can browse around) and start browsing your system and browse to the folders which contain files/folders that are not shown as expected. MU.LAB will log all your browsing. Once you're sure that all problematic locations were logged, quit MU.LAB and email the most recent Log-yyyymmdd-hhmmss.Txt which is in your Mulab folder to
Hopefully the logs will give an answer.
Thanks.

Hi Jo,
I've discovered Mulab doesn't read system folders.
In my case, PortableApps folder have got system attribute as in the Mulab test log appears:
00:21:38:774 FileInfo 12601C: PortableApps = SYSTEM FOLDER
I changed the PortableApps folder attributes to -s. Now, Mulab can see this folder.
Thanks for your superb support.
Cheers,
Miquel.

Thanks a lot for your feedback Miquel!
loungedumore also emailed me a log file (thanks for that!) and the same reason popped up.
I'm building a new MU.LAB version 3.2.7 where the 'system' attribute is ignored and only the 'hidden' attribute is taken into account.
I'm still amazed why these folders have a 'system' attribute
To OSX users: This issue only affects the Windows version.

Issue should be resolved in MU.LAB 3.2.7: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=309172

Indeed it is . I sent you an E-mail confirming , but thought MU deserved a public nod for the insanely quick fix .
