Cfr the change list: It's only on zoom-out that the auto-scroll switch is preserved. I double-checked and here it works as intended i.e. auto-scroll switch is preserved on zoom out.DHR53 wrote:Er, auto scroll seems to still be turning off on zoom? Hmmm...

Yes, just saw that... but, when you are zooming in, is when the auto scrolling is more important with markers. ...as you don't need markers if you can see the whole session, right?

Just so I don't seem like I'm ranting here's my workflow...
I have a template set with the zoom level to show roughly 20 bars...
I have markers set at 20 bar intervals and auto scroll "on"
I work on 8-20 bar "passages" at a time and loop that window
as I get say 40 bars done I usually zoom out to show maybe 40 bars and so on
But I would still like to use the arrow keys to navigate the markers regardless of zoom unless I'm zoomed to show the entire composition of course...
So I start zoomed in and zoom out as I get a composition done... I can keep turning the zoom on, but that's the way I work for the record. I realize my opinion/workflow is NOT everyone elses. But it is nice to be able to get changes made that I've requested... That's a first for me! Ha!
