Hi, I have used Muzys for a while now but am looking to start using Mulab.
One of the things I do is to mix songs live by manipulating the effects and
volume levels of the tracks using my Behringer BCR midi controller. I tried
assigning different knobs on the midi controller to faders on the mixer in
Mulab but each knob only works when the the mixer track is focussed on. Is
there a way to disable this? I did look at the midi input focus option but I
think this only changes the vst or synth that the midi-in is routed to. I
want there to be an option which disables this exclusive focus and allows me
to control all the parameters all of the time.
Otherwise great program and it now has all the features I enjoyed in Muzys.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Ashley

The way to do this is to make sure your MIDI controller mappings are put in the Session MUX. So open the Session MUX (main Session menu) -> click its options button -> Map MIDI Controller or Edit MIDI Controller Map. The Session MUX has top priority wrt dispatching mapped controllers and it's independent from the 'focused target module' system.
