Copy MIDI mappings from a module to any MIDI controller Map (FR)

to edit a MIDI controller Map is realy inconvenient to particularize, because each assignement parameters must searched in a list of "Target Module" and Parameter before a MIDI controller can be mapped.

It would be easier to handle, if we would have a "Copy MIDI mappings" function, to copy all MIDI controller mappings of a module and paste it with a "Paste MIDI mappings" function to any MIDI controller Map.

and it would be interest to have a option to save and reload a MIDI controller Map, to load it in a MuLab session without or different MIDI mappings.
