Somes midi files can crash Mulab.

Problem was the same midi was working in lot of other midi sequenzer.

-First to know there a 3 midi formats 0,1 and rare 2
-dont trust all programme who write midi . Some can make error or are writing things into the file what are not needed .

Have found the my problem with midi files saved by Speedymidi.

I have found a little tool if you have problem with midi files. With this java programm you can edit data in midi . I just found it and dont know all he is able to do. It is open source .

http://sourceforge.net/projects/midiqui ... p_redirect

In my case it was author information of Speedymidi in midi file who crashed Mulab
Have juste delete author and save no midi file working with Mulab.

I dont know if Mulab was as sensible in previous release.

Thanks for the links. Indeed a bug in MuLab's MIDI file reader when reading MIDI files with long text meta-data. Fixed in the next version. I'll do my best to make that improved version available asap!
