Augustus Loop RAM question

Hi,

I have a situation where I want to use Augustus Loop with very long delay/loop times (i.e. 30 mins) and have it continuously absorb new signal into an infinitely repeating loop.

This is part of an art installation where the idea is that the work will run for the full month of the exhibition without being switched off/reset etc.

However, I am finding that Ableton quits after about 8 hours. It is fairly predictable and repeatable and seems to be related to the RAM filling up.

So, my question is, is there a way of achieving what I want to achieve without Augustus Loop continuously filling up the RAM- is there a way of somehow clearing old loops whilst maintaining the current one which is a culmination of all that have passed and keeping the RAM from filling up?

Thank you!

Augustus doesn't continually allocate RAM. Have you tried leaving Live running for 8 hours without Augustus loaded?
