Got a pretty basic question...
I've been processing music using tape machines run into analog hardware but am interested in moving on to sound processing using modular equipment.
In the ES description of the ES-1 it says "The Expert Sleepers ES-1 Audio/CV Interface is a Eurorack module designed for use with software..."
I was wondering if I can use it to process any sounds coming through 1/4" jacks (tape machines, instruments etc...)?
Hope this isn't a dumb question, i'm still green.

You can, though it's not designed for that. There are other modules specifically designed for that purpose, with features like adjustable gain and various types of input jack.
