Spectral Conquest won't activate after purchasing

Hi,

Ive just bought 'Spectral Conquest' after running it on demo for a while. I was sent the email with my serial number which i entered on the Expert Sleepers Licence manager but it will not activate. I'm running it on a Mac with 10.9 with Logic studio 9. Every time i try to activate it nothing happens.

I had no problems activating Cross Fade Loop Synth before. Any help is much appreciated!
