cannot authorize expert sleepers and usamo

I am trying to authorize my long time copies of expert sleepers silent way and usamo plugs on a new PC build but the license manager says "this has already been authorized on a previous computer" in a pop up. Please de authorize all existing PC's on my account. thanks
