FL 11 fails to launch, I cannot post in the IL forums...

V. 10 was working fine. I uninstalled, and installed v 11.

Obviously, I'm not going to buy it if it doesn't run , but I cannot solve the problem if I cannot get support.

Any workaround to this conundrum?

Yes, a new version is going to be released in the next couple of days.
I didn't know v.11 was public yet, but they are pushing out 11.2 or whatever to coincide with the 64bit version. I think it may be up already in the forum.

Other than that, I can't tell - what is your setup/os, etc? Are you 64bit os? Some have told me of a rewire problem there. Sorry can't be of much help.

I'm confused. You were running v. 10 fine. Did you OWN version 10, or were you only running the demo?

running the demo.
When I say 'it works' I mean it opened, and could play the demo song.
Didn't get to use it much.

Maybe there are settings stuck from v 10 on the registry?

you could uninstall 10 and then try again w/ 11.
Other than that, I would wait a few days for the newest version to be released.

Just untick ReWire during the installing.
