Hi,
I have Maximus as a standalone Vst so that I can also use it in other DAW's than FL Studio and I like the Soundgoodizer in FL plus its equivalent "You Wa Shock".
My problem is that the Soundgoodizer presets a, b, c, d in Maximus sound way worse than in You Wa Shock or Soundgoodizer. They sound distorted and don't add that clear volume and tone boost. What am I doing wrong?
I thought that the Soundgoodizer presets are actually taken from Maximus!
Best Regards

I've noticed that they sound different too (I wouldn't say "way worse"), I think that's it's just due to the fact that in soundgoodizer, as you turn up the knob it's increasing input gain I think?
Haven't given it much thought in a while, but I think that could be it.

So tweaking the pregain of the low, mid, high and master section in maximus is the same thing as turning soundgoodizers knob?
Would that be a possibility to get closer to the soundgoodizer sound?
