Is Stylus RMX Cubase SX3 compatible?

Can't seem to run Stylus RMX on my CubaseSX3(updated)

My soundcard; external(M-Audio, FW Solo, compatible with ASIO 2 - which I don't have, but still mysteriously able to use cubaseSX3 with other VSTi's without problems...what does that mean anyway??)
I just installed Stylus RMX 1.5

Sure, I can hear sounds - but they don't sound crisp if you know what I mean, they're jittery and asif the bitrate is all wrong (I've experienced this on FLSTUDIO a few times but then just adjusted the bitrate..)

M-Audio allows you to adjust the samplerate, does that have anything to do with it?
What's the problem here?

My PC is really good, I think...

2.66GHz PRCSR
3.00GB RAM
MSI X58 PLATINUM
Intel DUO CORE i7

BTW: Ran DPC Latency Checker: THIS PC IS ABLE TO STREAM AUDIO/VIDEO WITHOUT LATENCY.

I would appreciate any help I can get, I've been looking forward to using this software for a while now.

I think you have the wrong forum. Stylus RMX is made by Spectrasonics, not Tweakbnech.
