What are some good preset packs for progressive house and trance?

Dito for vocal samples in same genres

For prog house and trance I'd invite you to check out my soundbanks for Sylenth1 since that's what I focus on myself:

You'll find demos and reviews, and I have some free preset packs. For Vocal samples I can recommend you take a look at Veela from Black Octopus, though a lot of the pack is hit and miss for these genres it's still a great resource on the whole and you'll hear it pop up in a number of big releases.

If you want some middle-eastern vocals for trance maybe take a look at Sonokinetic, they have some authentic stuff.

I'm sure others will come up with suggestions too.

The new Holly Drummond pack from Black Octopus actually sounds more suited to trance.
