Sierra and Roland PCR Midi drivers

My PCR-800 stopped working!
Reboot, re-installing drivers etc. nothing helps.
Anybody else having problems/solutions?

My PCR-500 also stopped.... Tried everything. I regret the upgrade soooo much.

Contacted Roland support, they refered to this page:

It doesn't mention the PCR series, so it's not clear to me wether they work on it, or they expect us to just toss it out and buy a new one

I think that because PCR-line is discontinued, they won't support it...
