No sound changing preset

Hello I just updated Sylenth.
When i switch from preset while the piano roll is running its occurs that there is no sound.
If I load Sylenth again then I the preset will play.
I use Windows 10 64bit – FL studio 12.4
I really have no clue what to do to resolve this.
