Hello,

I bought (monthly payment) Sylenth1 from LennarDigital last week. But unfortunately my code doesn't work, it says that i don't have a internet connection, which I have.
I tried to uninstall everything and do it again and again. I looked if it was blocked by my firewall, that is not the case. So I think i tried very much, and it still not working.

Do you have any advice? Or money back?

In that case something is blocking Sylenth1 from accessing the internet, most likely a firewall on your computer. Are you using Windows or Mac? Have you already tried disabling your OS's internal firewall (for public network) and any other firewall software you may be using?

What exactly makes you think so?

It's generally a good idea to add exclusions for your DAW software in your firewall, instead of completely disabling it. But at least you can disable it to quickly find what's causing it.

Thanks for responding so fast.
I use Windows.
I disabled all my software, public network etc, everything. But it's still not working.
I have to say i'm not a genius with computers, but I did what i read what was recommended. I have no clue what i do wrong or what i can do what makes it work.

Please make sure to disable the Windows built-in firewall or add exclusions for Sylenth1 to it.

Restart your computer after that and try again. If it still doesn't work, then possibly you're using some anti-virus/security program with built in firewall, so disable that too.

I'm sorry I did all of that. I searched all security programs and firewall and disabled it.
Yet, it still doesn't work. I'm going to ask my brother about it, he knows stuff.
When it still doesn't work after that, I send a new reply.

My brother looked at it, but couldn't fix it either. It doesn't work, even not when we disabled all virus programs and firewalls.

What to do next?

I can't activate it online, we tried that, because i pay the monthly price.

Can you help me with this?

When I fill in the license code, this happens:

Sylenth1

Unable to download activation data. Please check your internet connection and firewall settings. Click Retry to try again.

If your computer cannot be connected to the internet, click Offline to continue with offline activation.

In that case there is still a firewall on your computer blocking Sylenth1 from accessing the internet. Could you please go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Firewall -> Customise Settings and send a screenshot of that?

Dutch is fine (Configuratiescherm -> Systeem en beveiliging -> Windows Firewall -> Windows Firewall in-of uitschakelen)

Offline activation is not available if you're on the monthly payment plan, as Sylenth1 needs to be able to check if the payments are made.

Thanks. So your Firewall is turned ON and it's blocking Sylenth1 from accessing the internet. You can turn it off (click on the dots near the red icons "Windows Firewall uitschakelen (niet aanbevolen)", then it will work.

But instead of turning it off, it is recommended to add an exclusion for your DAW software to it (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase, ..).
