If you could let me know where is the best place to contact you about getting ahold of the latest update which is not downloading from my user area I would appreciate it.

Ditto that. I can't get v2.6.9 either. My email bounced using the support contact form. Haven't seen anyone around here lately. Did they fly by night and leave us holding the bag?

I see I'm not the only person here who has had serial number problems. One month after purchasing this synth it stopped working. I contacted support and was told my license had gone "bad" whatever that means.

Well, it's happened again. I can no longer save patches. Every time I try, my DAW blows up.

I've contacted support via email but am also posting here as well.

I don't understand why this keeps happening. I've made no changes to my PC, which isn't even 2 years old yet, since I got it in July 2013. There is no reason for me to keep having these problems and quite honestly, I am started to get a little discouraged with this product. I'm in the middle of creating a large patch library for my business and now suddenly it's all on hold possibly for good.

Can we please rectify what's causing these problems so that they no longer occur?

This is starting to get tiresome.

I have a question about the Registration from the synthmaster website .
I have bought Synthmaster Everything Bundle and got a serial number.
But I can t download the synthmaster file before I register me on the website And the problem is
I don t know how I find the registration code that I need to register me on the website.
Can everyone tell me please where I get this code.

I paid with paypal.

And this error message come:
Please enter a valid e-mail address to start the download.

On the website I dont can send a E-Mail because I am not a regist user
