Does this problem still exist ? Move the Development skin out of the skin folder and then reload SM. It will force the default skin to load. KV331 needs to find an easier solution to this issue..........

There is a pretty easy way, since the Development skin also is a player skin. Check page 11 of the Synthmaster manual, it's described in detail including some pictures as a guidance how to turn things back to normal.
Short version: Next to the Synthmaster Player logo you have a "box" where you can switch options with "<" / ">" buttons. Toggle the upper option until you have reached "Global skin", then change the lower option to a skin of your choice. Don't forget to close and re-open Synthmaster afterwards for the changes to take effect.
