Is KV331 support slow for you guys? I have waited a week to get a license transferred to my account.

Hi! I recently bought Synthmaster second hand here and the seller contacted KV331 support and waited and got a response asking for all my information and he sent it, but he has not gotten an email back. I personally contacted KV331 and no response for five days. what gives?

The seller is the one that has to contact, the seller is the only one that has proof of purchase.

Also, in my experience many devs take the weekend off, so I wouldn't expect support from small devs from Friday night until Monday.

Yes, I know that the seller is supposed to contact them. Even he has had no response from KV331 apart from the email asking for my information and no response after that.
