inexplicable issue

I made up a patch for a work in which I am using nothing but Synthmaster. It was working just fine up until yesterday and when the piece ended, I heard one was still producing sound even though the work had ended. I totally tore the sound apart thinking I had done something to modulate something like an ADSR release time or something using the XYs or something, but could not find a single thing. I clicked the MIDI reset in Cubase and even that did nothing. The only wasy I can stop it is to reset the number of voices used.This isn't the first time I have had this issue with SM but have any of you guys encountered this problem?

I've had this issue too. I also have experienced some pops and crackles.

Latest version, Win10x64, Bitwig 1.3.15

That said, it doesn't happen often.
