What are these kinds chords ?

Hi ! I have a question about chords used on many Myon and Shane tunes, I know they are the only ones this kind of melodies, but I find their drops particulars.

And, I would like to know if you could say me by hear, what kind(s) of chords it is...

Not the real chords used, it could take you too much time, but just the type of chords.

By using my piano, I would say that this is mostly 7nth chords, and sus2/sus4 chords too, but I feel there is something more....Could you help me ?
