Make it so 100% modulation of a loop point is the full length of the sample, because if you can modulate start and end points seperatly you want the maximum potential range available, ideally. And either allow the start to cross the end somehow or dont allow the start and end to cross, so its stops moving the loop point when just one cycle is inbetween. One more suggestion, is to have a destination to move start and end together in addition to seperatly. IMO |

What about mouldation for FX? Unless I am missing something, its, well, missing ---- "Time makes fools of us all. Our only comfort is that greater shall come after us." Eric Temple Bell http://thetomorrowfile.bandcamp.com/ |

Hi there
Modulation for fx is difficult because the modulator can be different for each note played (say for instance using an envelopes) and the effects are all global , so for instance if you modulated an effect with an envelope , which note envelope does it use and what happens when the envelope is reset when you press a new key (does this make sense ?) However I could have a look at using midi controls to modulate fx's parameters Cheers Jon |

what's imo way more important (i.e. very very important!) is being able to route the individual oscillators independently through the fx... ---- 'I don't know what makes XT2 sound at least 15% better than XT1, but it simply does.' - DJT http://www.myspace.com/rustymagicmusic |

Sounds awesome when used on filters, imo |

No sound!
I just installed full version and loaded Vectrik into FLS or Chainer: No sound, not any wav listed and just a horizontal line is displayed. All samples are installed in Vectik's subfolders under Samples. All three .dlls included show the same. What I'm doing wrong Solved! I installed Vectrik into the SYNTHS subfolder of my VST-Plugin folder. That doesn't work! Vectrik has to be directly under VST-Plugins |

Concretefx wrote: Secondly I'm think of our next stuff , this will be a wave sequencer , building on the stuff done in Vectrik , using 3 wave sequencing layers/ filters to create interesting sequenced sounds . Do people think this would be a good idea to follow ? Cheers Jon : COFX Maybe you could add wavesequencers to a version2 of vetrik? or was that what you meant? And I agree individual effects per voice would be great ---- Nobody's a nobody... |

not here! That's curious. I encountered that also. Initially I had no sound at all, and no presets, until I reinstalled directly into the vstplugin folder. |

I have it under: C:\Vst\vst´s\Synths\Vectrik and it works flawlessly... ---- 'I don't know what makes XT2 sound at least 15% better than XT1, but it simply does.' - DJT http://www.myspace.com/rustymagicmusic |

This is a very good idea! I officially second it Yep, that's what I'm missing too. So each sample can have FX1 or FX2 or both or neither. Even more specific would be even better -- eg. just reverb or just delay, not the whole FX1 chain. |
