Hi Folks
As some of you may know we have been hinting around a bit about our new upcoming VSTi.
Well here is a Special KvR sneak peak at:

ManyGuitar

ManyGuitar is a Bass and Guitar Sample Synthesizer with an included Library of approximately 1 Gig of 24 Bit Guitar and Bass Samples.

It will be available in October 2005 for $89.99
ManyStation Owners will be able to get it at an incredible crossgrade discount price. Only $49.99 for you guys for a Limited time period.

ManyGuitar was built with Dash Signature and uses the Dash Eve One Engine with a Custom designed and built Amplifier and Speaker Cabinet emulator built exclusively for Manytone.
This takes the already incredible Manytone Guitars to new levels. The amp section also has a deep amp mode that is perfectly suited to our Bass and other low toned Guitars.

The included Sound Library includes all of the current ManyStation Guitar and Bass samplesets (Hence the discount for our existing users) as well as over 300 - 400 meg of new material, that includes an extensively sampled Telecaster including a few chord sets, and also some great new lead guitar styles and more.

Watch Out!!

Here she is:

She is almost ready.... This is a special peak for KvR.
Yes ... GUI by Amoebe again! We love him so much here!!

Official Press releases will go out soon, as well as some MP3 demos.

EDIT OCT 02 2005 .... Here are some mp3 demos:

This will load all WusikSnd Samplesets as well as Dash Samplesets and you can create your own Samplesets to load as well!!! It's full Blown!!

That's right you can run your Fitch cello and all other sets from ManyStation through the amp and FX etc ... it sounds UNREAL!!

Hey, will this feature a guitar that has that contemporary jazz type sound? I always find this one difficult to find. I own Manystation, and I don't see it in the current library. Is that sound something that is created in effects?

Typically it is a lightly chorused clean guitar with a hair of verb i believe. Also the neck position pickup is commonly used for some styles of it. A nice hollow body Electric would lend a sweet flavor too.

Currently I can get a nice Jazzy sound from the NP strat in ManyStation. (Neck Position)
The new material will include the Tele which can be jazzy but is more Bluesy / Rock Style. But that said ... It is a nice Hollow body Tele Thinline so it should do just nice. In fact i will try to sample it some more with a real Jazz amp setting for tone. There will be a few more sets too from other guitars and I am sure we will have some nice Jazzy presets in the final product.

Wow Paul - count me in.

My whole purpose of getting ManyStation and UBK in the first place was because I wanted some decent guitars that had a little bit of a live feel. This instrument looks like it will take that to the next level.

Is the AMP/Speaker emulation the only real addition to the original engine or have you added some other magic to help with guitar programming specifically?

Looks good.

Hi Caleb
Thanks!

A few changes:

The Amp / Speaker sim was the main thing added. We have now worked for many months on just this part of the product. From me having a tone i wanted for our samples in my head ... to realizing this tone in software with someone else coding it to my perceived tone was a great experience.
We wanted it to be simple but also be powerful. We wanted it to work on Guitar as well as Bass samplesets. We also wanted Low Cpu which is generally not easy in a good amp sim. We have achieved it here though. It was developed specifically with and for Manytone and our style of Samples. I am very happy so far with this product overall. It blends the Guitar - Bass Sampler / Amp sim into 1 nice unit that is sweet to use and to look at!. So besides the features .... the incredible amp style GUI is a treat i think.

We have though, a few other new features on the Manyguitar ..... A dual and quad chorus are something we also knew was needed for guitars ... so that is new too Smile Also the EQ section and presence dials are all new stuff that are specifically tailered to Manytones Samples and my ears. (Which you all trust as being pretty good i think by now Smile )

Let alone the New 24 bit Material is TOP!! With a price of only $89.99. or Existing ManyStation Users getting it for $49.99 it is one great bargain!

More details soon!
Paul

BTW: New ManyStation orders received now will also get the crossgrade price! (Our Bundle sale price is still up now too so you can get ManyStation and UBK on sale now which will all load into this new ManyGuitar and you would get the ManyGuitar for $49.99 when released.) Are we Crazy? Yes we are!

Good news Paul.
I'm really looking forward to this. Maybe I'll finally get some decent guitar parts together HiHi

I've got a few overdriven and distorted leads to put togheter so hopefully it will come together nicely in the ManyGuitar.
