I was wondering is your "more feedback Machine" available on os-x or has it been replaced by what your have released on os-x

I'd like to know if it was possible to have a legacy os-9 section of your os- plugin and ports...If I remember correcxtly you ported over the dominion and fishphones stuff as well

I still have them, its just maybe some other broke mac user might still like to have them

thanks in advance

Hiya,

The stuff from OS9 that's also available for Audio Units (Jaguar/Panther/Tiger):

More Feedback Machine
digitalfishphones fishfillets

Due to reasons you better read on digitalfishphones website, I can't do any more ports, thus no Dominion...

Cheers,

ok I read the statement on digitalfishphones

I think its stupid! of him

im mean dominion is already on OS-9

and samplitdue is windows only

and the windows verison is already availbe as a plugin for vst

so its kinda stupid not to let a 3rd party port it on a plateform(os-X) that will not compete with samplitude since samplitude doesn't run on os-x

im really disapointed in sasha

if he wanted to prevent competition of vst vs samplitdue well..he should erase the link for the windows plugin version

its not like someone is gonna change from os-x to windows just to run that plugin which won't work in the mac users original choice of host(chances are a mac cubasesx user is gonna switch to cubase sx pc not..samplitude )

what a jerk

you should secretely port it urs, ill personnaly kick his ass if he starts grumbling

Sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about.

Sascha has made a decision for his life. He works for Magix' dsp section now. His contract includes "No updates, no further development of digitalfishphones stuff". This is a clear statement, and we can be happy that the stuff is still around at all.

I will not put Sascha into trouble by breaking *his* contract. And anyone who doubts that he made a good decision is a jerk. Period.

Yeah, he signed. So what's the point? - Do you wanna blame him for being employed in a cool job now? Do you say that he should not have founded a family with a secure background because you want a free plugin? Do you even think that he could have negotiated the terms of the contract any further than keeping up what's already there? What if he had not negotiated at all, do you seriously think there would be *any* of his stuff around?

Or do you want me to infringe his contract? Do you want me to be sued by Magix? Do you want me out of business? - Fortunately I can't even think about that, I don't have the code anymore.

Seriously, I'm tired of these discussions. Dominion for OS X does not exist. Instead, Samplitude has become a cooler software. Such is life.

Also, I have no interest in creating my own transient plugin. It's not my strength. Others can do a better job on that.

but urs he still has the pc link on his website

if it was actually true I think he would have removed the link so that anyone using the windowz plateform (which samplitude only runs on) would then HAVE to get samplitdue to get the transient plug

by preventing you....you not him...magix don't have a case...its just making no sense thats all

If I wer Magix I would have told him to remove the link but its still there...so wtf
