How is this tone to your ears? Maybe a little rubbery or close to very acceptable?

It's phosphor-bronze strings. Is there something that would be warmer right off the bat? I don't know jack about strings. ---- |

lol.  There was an episode of Buffy going in the background, so there's probably some of it in there, too (absorbed by the soundhole and then the pickup). I was just goofing off while watching TV and decided to hit record a few times. Then I spliced two of the takes together.
The tone was the main thing. For some reason it sounds kind of gummy/rubbery to me.  ---- |
