Wow! Sounds kinda like Vai (god). Very Zappa-ish too, which is always good. I'm totally burning this to rock in the car. |

IT is a good track.. BUt man I can never get over the fact that all I hear is VAI! He comes thru SO much in your playing, the arrangements, the instrumentation. BUt with that said this is better than anything Vai has done recently, so I guess it fills a void...
Everytime I hear your stuff though, I see Vai, I dont see you.. Sorry, its honestly what I think.. ---- link to my Asspace page(Myspace) This has become a necessary evil http://www.myspace.com/worldofshit1 |

I saw G3 in '03 at the Palace in Auburn Hills, Michigan. I even caught one of Satch's picks (which I sold on eBay for over 41$) at that concert.
Dimitar's stuff is way better than Vai's in that it actually has melody. Hey, how many people copied Jimi Hendrix since he came on the scene?!? Loads and the world is a better place because of it. Rock on Dimitar! -Scott |

Everytime I hear your stuff though, I see Vai, I dont see you.. Sorry, its honestly what I think.. Vai with some Satriani. Of course you're an excellent, accomplished player, but I hear nothing beyond imitation here. It's as if you've internalised the voices of those two to the point of having no distinct qualitites of your own. Sorry if that comes off harsh; it's a neat little piece and like others have said, might even be preferable it to Vai ripping off himself. |
