...I have thought about that for a long time, too. But let me put it like this: at least it's common business at DOA (there are already various breaks packs there - but in minor quality, I might add ) and illegal stuff isn't tolerated there either. Also, these are not entire songs, but well-known breaks which you can find easily in a lot of other tracks of the last, say 25 years. Oh, and the respective are mostly over 30 years old, too. Actually, for me it's more like an excursion in popular culture (being a cultural scientist myself ). If it turns out to be a major legal issue, I will stop this immediately (I don't intend to do any harm to anybody nor do I want to get sued). However, these aren't permanent downloads either - the links will expire, if an item hasn't been downloaded at least once within a seven days period...

let me pop up only to say THANX A HEAP for those recycled breaks, LoachM...youre doing a job that is a pure treasure, man..i really am grateful for that..

thanks for these--was looking for some nice rex2 files to use within XT2, with its new rex2 mangling capabilities ...these are great for hip hop too...any other links to (rex) loops to share i will keep an eye on the thread in your sig. thanks again!!!
