Hi Y'all
This is for those of you who own both SSP and E-XT 1.41.
http://benedictroffmarsh.com/SSP%20+%20E-XT%20Projects.zip Here you will find the first 16 project files that feature synths and fx from SSP I + II separately and in combination. This shows the SSP concept off in a way that sees it match the kinds of complex sounds found on hardware synth workstations. These preset combos can give you some ideas for your own compositions. If this concept is popular enough then I will create more. And of course if you create some cool combos of SSP + E-XT then I will put them in the collection. |

Very nice.
Though I don't own ext I look forward to the VST version of Usine so I can do a very similar thing. You are a nice man. |

I like being a nice man I am wondering how such a concept might work for other modulars like Usine or even Traction. E-XT seems really easy on finding plugins on user systems - are other hosts so easy? I also looked to see if there was a simple VST host that I could build this around and even bundle but no joy. |

How are we going with these, are they working ok and making your lives better?
Do I even have enough SSP + E-XT customers? |

Hmm, a host to bundle these in. I'm hoping Usine VST will have a free version like it's papa. SSP, though astonishingly wonderful, has certain modular capabilities that are essentially useless in FLStudio which is what I still use most. Though my recent forays into HeliosVox are so painfully beautiful that I'd have bought it all just for that. |

Runy whenver I look at another host it is only a small mattter of time before I get frustrated at the linis they have on VST handling. E-XT seems to let enything be anything which to me makes sense.
HelioVox is magic for certain sounds. Can be a bit heavy on CPU but just amazing I agree. I don't think I have ever hear a synth quite like it. Mr Bertier: now I never thought of that. Cool idea. |

Hi Benedict,
Thnx for the project files. Cool stuff! Here's my thought. VSTHost; although not truly modular, but it has some chaining capabilities. Kai. |
