The specs look nice - built in condenser stereo mic (external stereo mic is also included), records to mp3 or wav (up to 32 bit/44.1 kHz), USB interface. I haven't found any reviews, I guess it's too new. Has anyone actually seen one of these? Looks a bit plasticky but you can't really argue with the price, almost in the "too good to be true" category.

havent heard of it - but i think swissonic are gone out of business now

www.swissonic.com just goes to online store thomann so theres probly gonna be no web support-

However guys in thomann are very helpful!!! :love:

Looks like you're right, found this Gearslutz thread:

It seems Thomann now owns the Swissonic brand name. Not sure what this means where the MDR-2 is concerned, it may not even be a product from the original Swissonic company.
