FR: MIDI Export of performance.

Just a thought on the jamming capabilities of MDrummer. Would it be possible to export a MIDI of the notes played through the rhythm in realtime on the standalone? It's probably not so necessary but whoever made the factory rhythms on MDrummer Large really did a good job with them. Very nice nuances and whatnot.

And well, technically why not. Except we don't have the MIDI export done, so when it is... But it is going to be soon, since now we are finishing the song structure system + drag & drop.
Btw. MaliceX update is coming! Sorry for the delay, I know you need the new version with correct SSE.

Song structure system? Ooooh I'm liking the sound of that! Built-in sequencer with virtually infinite loop sequences to choose from! So looking forward to that!
I use OneManBand to do song-structured/jamming along presequenced rhythms when practicing in realtime. To have a drum sampler with this functionality (as well as the ability to edit them within rather than importing a MIDI, which reminds me is that going to be possible as well?) could be a major selling point.
Having said that, are you accepting any submissions from testers/users for new rhythms and/or drum presets? (The built-in ones, who made them by the way?)
Thanks in advance. On completion and formal release, I'll be sure to write a review of this.
PS: The webpage with the version comparisons of Small, Large/Demo, and XXL need to be reworked. It's a little inconsistent, information-wise.
PPS: Heh, take your time. No worries, it's better bring it out as bugless as possible, before unveiling everything to the public.

Well, it is not so hugeMaliceX wrote:Song structure system? Ooooh I'm liking the sound of that! Built-in sequencer with virtually infinite loop sequences to choose from! But in general it is good huh?
Import MIDI is there (if not disabled for the release, I'm not sure right now), but it is very specific, created for recording loops. But there will definitely be some kind of pseudo-AI learning and recording mode. But we have to digg into it a little before
Sure! Gladly! Let's create MaliceX packageMaliceX wrote: Having said that, are you accepting any submissions from testers/users for new rhythms and/or drum presets? (The built-in ones, who made them by the way?)
That would be great of course!MaliceX wrote: Thanks in advance. On completion and formal release, I'll be sure to write a review of this.
Yeah, you right, still not time to get to that. Anyway if you have noticed any particular things to be reworked, please let me know.MaliceX wrote: PS: The webpage with the version comparisons of Small, Large/Demo, and XXL need to be reworked. It's a little inconsistent, information-wise.
