Ok , here goes.

After a long (very long) time, the latest versions of Kubik is out , for the first time a Mac (AU / VST) version is available.

The changes are

- Mac Universal Binary AU & VST versions
- totally redesigned graphics
- improved CPU usage (up to 30-40% less on some presets)
- up to 8x over-sampling
- much improved bank management system, including preset searching
- x/y modulation and path recording
- over 100 new presets, and updated manual.
- lots of bug fixes and general improvements.

Kubik still uses a serial for registration and is available for $75 / 55 Euro / £45 (for this you get both Pc & Mac versions), at our revamped website at

http://www.concretefx.com/KubikPurchase.htm

You can also download a time-limited (20 minutes) demo there as well.

More information, demo tunes and screenshot can be found at

Wooow , great news ,really surprises me that this release doesn't get more attention .
ON e thing that I noticed ( I also have this problem with your previous plugins ) is that when editing graphical envelopes , or drawing wavefomrs , the cpu meter in windows taskmanager taskmanager spikes out .
I think your ui needs some optimisation.

For some reason the graphics of the envelopes did cause a problem, I think it was down to anti-aliasing. If I ever get any time, I'll have a look into that.

OK not a good idea to ask for the serial in the middle of the plugin scan! (Causing Kore to crash and blacklist Kubik which means I have to now rescan all my plugins)

Also I can't now get rid of the registration window (Mac) - it doesn't respond to mouse clicks or enter

I think your probably right about the serial.

And , registration window, hopefully it should disappear the next time you use Kubik.

It's not - I have no idea how to get rid of it short of rebooting or trying to find the process and killing it. Do you know what process I should look for to kill? It's not making itself obvious.

Hi there

That is very odd, but then I've never used it in Kore. I would look for serial or something similar in process, but I'm not 100% sure. If you use it other hosts does it show up ?

Couldn't find it - I'd looked for the obvious names - rebooting did the trick
