Some of my old orders are showing but not all of them. The drum libraries are coming up but not things like Pan Drum and Guzheng. maybe you ordered from 2 different emails? contact us via the site and we'll look into it. |

Hmm. Exclusive stuff only for new customers. Not sure that's a good approach as this alienates the people who have supported you 'til now. I like the SonicCharge or FXpansion approach better.
Nice looking website (even from an accessibility perspective)! KEv |

what is it that is only for new customers? i see two new freebies, and two other items that i could get free after my first and second new purchases. okay someone who hasnt already got all their stuff could get those earlier, but that doesnt preclude existing customers from any entitlement a far as I can see. ---- To laymen, software development is something akin to wizardry. That's exactly what's happened - just got the two emails about my account(s). Cheers |

Nice looking website (even from an accessibility perspective)! KEv ? They're not talking updates, they're talking about new products and it's not exclusive to new customers. Basically, they have a great deal for anyone buying NOW. Hard to complain about a great sale. They also have free content for ALL who register, which also means all previous customers... you should have some extras in your account already. |

email from soniccouture wrote: EXCLUSIVE CONTENT BY SONICCOUTURE As well as some new freebies, we also have Exclusive Content . This becomes available once you have made your first purchase - if you buy one standard product, you get access to 1 Exclusive Content product, if you buy 2 products, you get the next Exclusive product, and so on.* We will be adding more exclusive products as time goes on. *because of the new sites account system, this can only apply to purhcases made from 26/8/09 onwards, we're afraid! New site looks nice but I'm also a little disappointed when I read this. But I may join the buy one get one free offer again. |

I still don't understand how anyone could be disappointed. I've bought in the past and don't have bad feelings over the new deal. Maybe with all the deals lately, everyone has got just a bit spoiled... at least enough to not appreciate a good thing from a good company.
Also, most sample companies don't allow users to download their products at other times beyond when they first purchase. This new site which gives access to all previous purchases is a great help! I still save/back-up all my downloads, but still, this is one more way to feel good about purchasing via download. I just picked up The Skiddaw Stones (I was fascinated with the 13 year process in building during the 1840's... must have been fun to record) and also picked up Pan Drum, which has been on my list to buy, since it was released. I really wish the PVC pipe drums were what I received free, but I'm not too worried as I will be back to pick up the Glass Works project you've got going on. If it is what was mentioned in another thread, then I'm very interested in playing the recorded samples. Anyway, glad to see you guys are up and running with new products! |

Just to add another big thumbs up to the site redesign... looking great! I couldn't help myself and grabbed The Skiddaw Stones package (with eBow as the freebie)... just about to install in Kontakt. I did have one question though, TubeDrum is listed in my downloads area (along with Devilfish) as exclusive content but will not download. Not sure if this is waiting for a second purchase or should be available now? |

so VA Drums will be updated? Also, no more free brush kit?
wish that was there now. Would love to get a buy 1 get 1 free on those. I love the free kit. |

Confirm that TubeDrum is not downloadable. At least not for me. Devilfish worked fine to download though. |

I don't see it: http://www.soniccouture.com/en/free-stuff/ I already have it anyhow. Do you know if the VA Drums will be up before the sale is over? |
