Tried many times ~ to copy the code that comes up (by the plug-in) for the Authorization.

Instructions say NOT to copy manually, but to use the button, then Paste onto the Spectrasonics page.
Well, I couldn't write it out myself if I tried, as there's some symbol I've never seen before...

I could not get more than 3 characters to paste, after pressing the copy button - many times.

Anyone else experience this?
Any suggestions?

When the authorization process began, i did have a difficult time with it. My computer is not connected to the web, so i had to manually enter the coded info. when I finally got a response code (from spectrasonics/omnisphere) i needed to type it in. The cursor enters from the center of the pane.(in other words, i couldn't just copy/paste)
I may have done something wrong at this point which lead to my current position. I will call tech support later today and they should be able to help me out. I would call them (as long as you are registared) at
650-326-6180, so far they have been most helpful.Good luck!

For others, this is how we resolved the problem.

Rick@MuseResearch

Error Core Library not found when loading samples.
* Load a blank multi.
*Delete the zmap.index from: \Program Files\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Soundsources\ Factory\Core Library
* Shut Receptor down and restart.
* Load Omnisphere and wait 10 min for it to rebuild the database. It will look like it's frozen.
* Open the Edit View and click the refresh icon.
