When I try to freeze it says "project must be saved before you can freeze track"
However, the project is saved. Any ideas? |

So far I did not get this message if a project is already saved, but if this is the case for you it looks like a bug which occurs under certain circumstances.
Try to save the project under another name and then to freeze the track again. |

Did you create a folder in the Audio Pool? |

I've tried saving as a different file name without any success. I am using v2.5 |

Did you look to be sure that an audio folder was created when you did the save(s)? XT does this automatically but maybe it got messed up somewhere... |

save as a new file to a new location (a different folder than the original edit) this will make a new audio folder & copy all media to that folder it should also get your Freeze working again Subz |
