I know Reaper is da bomb, but is Studio One da bomber?
And which one looks more Star Trek? I want 20-40%, I want drag and drop and I want interface in this discussion In my opinion Reaper wipes the floor with S1! |

Subjective question isn't it?
I tried S1, didn't care for it one bit. I've been using Reaper for about 3 years now, and it's only getting better and better for me. |

Two different workflows. One is hell, other paradise. I think you understand what is what. |

And reaper isn't paradise...yet. |

The Dang to Flish ratio is much higher in Reaper. Studio One is only at 1.x so it must be inferiour. Really. Reaper can do it all. Plus rock the soxorz off!!! Except the stuff that will be implemented in future versions. But wait, it will come. S1 can't compare with that because it's only got now what is not in there yet. Sure this makes the 20-40%. After all. All your (Cu)Base belongs to us! Shogger |

ttoz: How is S1 for handling multi-timbral multi-output VSTs in a straightforward non-confusing manner? It's my main complaint with Reaper and ultimately I abandoned it because of that (in a sense, Reaper's incredible track flexibility becomes it's own worst enemy in some situations). (not that I can afford S1 right now...) |

I find Reaper's multitrack routing very intuitive.
Then again, I'm used to solving math matrices a lot |

The best thing since sliced bread and better than nuclear power, some would argue. 20-40% better. It's going to kick the ass of any daw out thee, hands down and arse up. and da bomb and everything |
