Anyone have any luck (or suggestions) for whether these will work, and how to install them? Fairly new to this, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have the pro2 Komplete right now. Thanks!

Hi again, Mr. H,

Kontakt libraries are currently a sticking point for Muse. They are relatively easy to install (eg. via the "Direct Install method, then authorize locally with NI Service Center), but typically require Muse to enable them in their 'Direct Install' Database. Muse has enabled a bunch of Kontakt Libs (Chris Hein Horns 1 & 2, Ocean Way Drums, Some of the Sample Modelling Libs, First Call Horns, Original East-West libs (before PLAY)), but there are many more out there - and Muse is slow to get these evaluated.

In the future, it would be wise to have a more general mechanism for allowing Kontakt libs in Direct Install such that Muse isn't the bottle-neck on getting the libs onto your machine. For now - when new Kontakt Libs are released (like NI/Scarbee), you will need to sit in Muse's queue.

Regards,
Kevin L
