1. ADSR envellopes for the drum track sample (what is the note length for?)
2. organisation of cells in the drum track editor in regard of common 4x4 pad controllers (cf. shortcircuit2 vst / ableton live drum group). ∞. having a scrollbar in the sequencer... one that work... |

1. Parameter values for envelop points
2. Midi note response for drum rack (so you can trigger a single hit in kit without having to rewrite a drum track) 3. 'Shift'+ mouse for small increments-decrements on mixer sliders. EDIT-CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL over slider to complete this EnergyXT is still at the top of my list. Last edited by D.J.T. on Wed Aug 12, 2009 5:51 am; edited 1 time in total |

Time track to change BPM. Like in Cubase or Reaper. |

Instruments inserted in Sequencer view should appear in clear space in Modular view by default, not in a big pile on top of the last instrument. |

Maybe I missed it, but as near as I can tell, one must enter a number for the tempo value in version 2.5. I would really like to be able to tap on a midi input device and determine the tempo that way.
---- I would also love to see multicore support. I have a quad AMD processor, and when loading up on vsti instruments and plug in effects, it would be cool to share the burden across the chip. |

i'd like to have the small annoyances and bugs fixed first - then i'd be happy to some new features ...
it's still there - zoom around within the inline editor for some time and bang - notes are only added in the top octave ... but i would not mind a reworked drum track ... and i bring it up once more : a poll for the 3 most wanted features to be implemented next |

+1 to a poll.
Perhaps the XT Team might lend it some credibility by undertaking to implement one of the top 3/5/10 features that fits their development plan? Would be a great morale booster and help people feel a bit more plugged in. If XT pick a feature they were going to do anyway, well, if they don't tell us we can feel like we made it happen! Win-win! Don't forget to include controller map save/load in any poll list. Like everyone else I would love to see my favourite bugs fixed first before ANY new features, but we don't have any influence over that. Features are on the work list it seems so lets put up a united front to get the ones we want most. |

and here comes another one : i'd like to have a shortcut to step through the quantize values : every press switches one forth
btw did i mention to have a poll here recently? |

Specifically, the ability to change modular presets through midi (or any other remote means, like network). I would like to be able to load different 'snapshots' of modular routing from an external controller or another computer. I second this one completely! At the moment, I'm using Energy XT as my effects pedal - but it's a real pain having all the effects chains I need for a whole set loaded at any given time. I can't see why it shouldn't be possible to load new setups between songs using a patch change midi signal - and this would simplify my life massively. The other thing would be to be able to disable a plugin (either bypass or straight 'stop processing'). The issue I have (again, would be fixed by the above feature) is that if I've got every effect running, and just muting the input or outputs, it leaves me struggling for processing (I'm using all manner of stuff - pitch shifters, auto tuners, amp sims, tape sims, audio->midi, delays, reverbs... you get the picture...). If I could disable stuff as I go, this would definitely help. Again though, key #1 feature request has to be loading modular setups from a midi patch change signal. Cheers, m |

Hi,
I am really missing a "quantize length" function. BR Thomas |
