Sawstudio has one of the best mix engines available for a daw IMHO, these licences rarely come up for sale, thats because no one sells them, especially the entry level one, beacause it does almost everything the fuller versions do at a fraction of the price, it just has less channels... www.sawstudio.com
Sawstudiobasic (the 24 channel version) sells for $300 usd, i am selling my license for $175.
I have recorded and mixed in the box and out...this is the best. I just bought a used license of sawstudiolite (the 36 track version), thats why i am selling this, but i have to be honest, great mixes don't need more than 24 tracks anyways. I just couldn't resist as i love sawstudio so much...you will too. Love

forgot to mention this is the latest version 2.9

What sound, does a DAW make then? Care to post a clip of this quality sound?

you guys realize that daws having different mixing engines right...of course you do, some daws just mix tracks together more pleasantly than others. Besides, I am just a guy trying to sell some software, why are you trying to turn it into this age old debate...if you can't hear the difference, just keep mixing in fruity loops or whatever you use and carry on.

If you're peddling a bs story, expect to get haggled for it...

If you rephrase your post as suggested, Ie: the included plug-ins are brilliant and do this and this, it'd make a bit more sense rather than saying this DAW sounds better than others, cause you know that's a hogwash statement...

EDIT: I see you've already edited to "IMHO" Thumbs Up! fair enough.

yellow... get off the high horse and settle down fella. No need for name calling.

You know what, imho sawstudio is the best sounding daw, so maybe you need to get off your high horse...i mean who has time to sit around a plugin site and give a guy a hard time selling some freakin software, get a life pal.

I wouldn't take it so personally. But the "sound" of various hosts has been a worn out topic around here. So if somebody makes a claim that a host is "better sounding" than others, people jump on it because it's been a hot topic and nobody has ever actually proven it(and they can't). So when people see these things repeatedly, it rubs people the wrong way.

So don't worry about it. Just keep trying to sell it and have fun with SAW if it's right for you!

thanks for the advice, and I hear what you are saying, but if a member is not interested in buying anothers software, why even click on the link, and then try to sabotage that members attempt to sell software and then turn it into a debate about whether you can or can't hear the difference in daws..only a deaf person that has no business mixing thinks all Daws are created equal......like i said, Sawstudio mixes tracks beautifully... its not like i am trying to con anyone....Sawstudio is wonderful software, ask anyone who has taken the time to notice.

...guess I asked for that one...if the shoe fits Laughing

@kommissar... settle, you're getting worked up about nothing mate, as explained further up, this is a rather (usually tongue in cheek, and these days, a "made fun of") topic on most audio forums. It was a stab at a joke... but seems no one, not even yellow, got it. Don't like getting comments... don't post in public. Easy. HiHi

PS: hijack! Selling a horse, not too high, but high enough. Has been around the block a couple of times, but still in good cond. Version 1, upgrade cost to V.2 is currently US$129.95, but I'd hold out a couple of months till V.3 is released before upgrading. Transfer cleared with dev and I will pay transfer fee when I see the funds in my account. Paypal only please. Razz
