just want to post a short note here, that I added a phase rotator plugin to my portfolio. It's a really simple and straight forward implementation, but I'm sure anyone can make use of this plugin, although a manual is yet missing.
The plugin uses several allpass filters to smear the transients. In certain cases it can reduce the peak level. Combined with a limiter a higher RMS level can be achieved.
