Not much more than an excuse to noodle over a faux-jazzy groove. Comes with my usual 2 songs in 1 guarantee... yeah there's a shocker of a change in there. Almost Made It 192k mp3 - 8.6 mb - 6:10 mins Thanks to all who have a listen. |

Not among my favourite ones of yours but I like the solo'y bits a lot.
Still retains your 'sound' chunky <----- this is the one word description for today. |

I liked it. It's moody and background-musicky. It would be great to listen to on the train after a hard day at the office . . . |

That's fine. I haven't listened to anything from you in a while, and it's interesting to come back and taste your style. Very classy.
Rarefied atmosphere at its best. Lead sound at 4-ish: that's a bold choice, I like the contrast. Cheers |

you are the ultimate downtempo atmosmeister way too cool for school, but i love it anyway. if you don't already have them you need courdroy, a trilby and thin ceegars. your sound design is as always awesome but the bit i really envy (love) about you is your ability to mix flow into a groove, i reign back my playing ability to fit my style of songwriting and you don't do that (or at leat you make it seem effortless) the little melodies and chord sequences in this are outstanding, reminds me a lot of caribou. tres cool good sir, hats off to you steve. |

Roll up, roll up, get your twisted radioactive noodles here, two songs in one or your money back... come on folks get em while they're hot! the geiger counter is off the scale! Mind-blowing sound design as usual and everything sounds beautifully crisp and clear in my headphones. I've listened to it four times in a row and I'm scratching my head as to why I keep wanting to hear it again And, yes, there are definitely two pieces, so no grounds for a refund here... Just crazy good all round. |

a brief history: I initially liked your music because it appealed to my electronic-y+glitchy sounding sweet tooth, but I realize what keeps me coming is a dirty little secret: you've got soul, Herr Slax; the way the bass creeps up even in the chill stuff, especially in the chill stuff. Anyways, hope all is well, congrats on the Gold this Sunday |
