went through the motions of applying the july coupon in the most recent mailout to the current VI GB, but its subtracting $0 from the total, despite showing the coupon code as 'active'. Any clues?
Is it some problem with the coupon, or something I've missed about who its applicable to. its kinda annoying cos i didn't seem to be elegible for the 4th July discount either, and now I'm wondering if that was intended (region is UK) or a similar problem to this. |

I think it is just an issue where it doesn't show in the shopping cart but it will apply it at the end. In other words, it does work but it isn't displaying properly at all stages until the end where it does. In any case, you can contact allen (at) esoundz (dot) com for some help and of course he'll make sure you're storted. |
