Problem with password system on Rob Papen website

The website forgot my password so 2 times I have requested a new password to be emailed to me. Both passwords received do not work.

I want to deactivate RG on a notebook PC I am selling and install on a new notebook. I can't find how to do this. I assume by logging into robpapen.com.

Sorry about the false alarm. The website is a little confusing. I typed in my username to get a new password emailed to me but the website username for my login is different. It is my email address. Anyway, problem resolved with regard to logging into My Details on the robpapen.com website.

Jon I never got a email reply. In "My Details" on the Rob Papen site it shows that my request was sent on the 15th.

That is odd, I did answer your email then, here is what I said

Hi there

We are release RG 1.6, which uses a serial (not elicenser), this week.

So it probably best for you to wait till then, and then update to 1.6.

You\'ll then be sent a new serial , which you can use to install on your new computer.
