Great new release Greg - as always pushing the limits and setting new standards!
However, I'm pretty sure that there was a coupon issued towards purchasing the Acoustic Guitar library (following the upgrade to EEG), but I cant find the mail... or is it just my ageing mind playing tricks on me?! |

You're remembering correctly--last year's group buy participants received $40 USD certificates for the acoustic guitar. I'll send you an email with your gift certificate code. |

And just to reiterate, the big Evolution engine update later this year will apply to both Evolution Electric Guitar as well as this new acoustic guitar library. This free update will have an entirely new script and GUI. With new technology coming out in recent versions of Kontakt, I just want to make sure that even existing products get to take advantage of all the new cool stuff Kontakt can do now. Hi, Greg! Thank you very much for the hard beautiful work! (Just downloaded). What I want to know, if you are planing to make mini sequencer in new big update? |

The latest idea that I'm currently working on is to have the ability to record in strumming patterns INTO the Evolution engine. That way you can conveniently work from your own DAW, so you're not subject to any limitations in a built-in sequencer. Once it's recorded into Evolution, you can trigger it from there. There would also be the ability to import/export strum patterns from the Evolution NKI directly, to make sharing easy. |

I just downloaded EAG and extracted all the files.
I followed the directory structure of EEG Strawberry but none of the EAG *.nki files open. I get "The patch could not be loaded(unknown error)" In a Kontakt4 error box. HELP!!! http://img130.imageshack.us/f/eagj.jpg/ |

FINALLY!!! Greg, "The Storyteller" is an awesome demo! It makes me mad when I hear stuff like this, it always makes me ask myself, "Why didn't I think of that?"
I'm purchasing EAG RIGHT NOW! |

Can anybody here give RAM usage on Kontakt for this new guitar? What does Kontakt show? |

Off the top of my head, around 500 MB, though it depends on what your DFD preload cache size is set to. If there are articulations you don't use, you can use Kontakt's sample purging option to unload unused samples and save RAM. |

Between Evolution Acoustic Guitar Steel String, Evolution Electric Guitar Strawberry and Iconic Bass Jaco, we'll all be recreating Joni Mitchell's Hejira, Don Juan's Reckless Daughter, Mingus and Shadows And Light.
Still waiting for that Iconic Saxophone Wayne. I'd use that tone instead of Michael Brecker's (no offence Michael Brecker). And Greg, I need a good solo trumpet or cornet when you have all of your free time with EAGSS finally completed. |

Hmmm, it doesn't seem to load in Kontakt Player 4, not even for 15 minutes. Does it need the latest version of K4? I have 4.1.3. What I get is: "The patch could not be loaded. Unknown error".
Oh god, I can't wait for K4 to get here! |

Oh god, I can't wait for K4 to get here! I got the same error in kontakt 4.1.3 - I updated to 4.2.2 and it all works. The library was made with 4.2.2 so needs 4.2.2 at least to load. |
