Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to officially let you know that I am currently working on developing Scanned Synth Pro 3. Things have been very quiet recently, mainly due to the fact that I have been busy doing development work on Alchemy for Camel Audio but I just wanted to let you all know that I am still committed to maintaining and improving Scanned Synth. The next version will provide new features that will open up another whole new world of sonic possibilities. I expect to have it completed within the next six months and I will post updates on this thread when I have more news. Thanks for all your support John. |

Will it have oversampling? Currently, SSP2 can alias real bad, from my experience.
Good luck in developing! |

Good luck in developing! Some people like the aliasing! Actually, version 3 will support variable wavetable sizes with optional oversampling to prevent aliasing. |

Looking forward to this too. As a precursory question, I know you mentioned that SSP will be going 64bit... do you know whether you'll be supporting AU and VST on OSX, or just one of them? (I'm trying to get my formats sorted now so there's not so much housework when I do jump to 64!) Cheers! |

There will also be RTAS support for both OSX and Windows. |

great news... this is one under-rated beauty.
I'm one of those that like the aliasing. Seriously, can't wait to see what you'll come up with. |

Good luck in developing! Some people like the aliasing! +1 looking forward to importing wavecycles although it can kind of be done already if you replace the originals |

Related to above question - are you keeping the honor-based pay-what-you-think-it's-worth system? |
