Exactly my thought Mr Hib - I think my post count might take a wee hit in a month's time.. I noticed that I'd slipped from 28th to 32nd the other day - I'd better get posting in places other than here!

Me T1, good to see that you're here Smile

Yes, I would think a thread lock would preserve posts rather than delete them.

But then these interwebz don't make much sense to me sometimes, so what do I know? Shrug

Tbh, what i was thinking about just now was starting a thread called 'What aren't you thinking about... now?'
Bit too silly even for me, though.

Croissants -- there's something miles past my baking skill level. Someday maybe. Until then I have to settle for crescent rolls without the super-flakiness that comes from feuilles interspersed with beurre.

if you post about what you're not thinking about by default you will be thinking about it Shrug That's like people who tell me for my insomonia to just let my mind go blank, I start thinking about 'what is a blank mind' and my mind never goes bl

Very true Hink.
My post above woz just a sly attempt at humour but in all seriousness, taking that idea of insomnia further, i hate it when i'm struggling to get to sleep and my mind whirrs over and over, and i get to the ludicrous situation sometimes of then worrying that i can't / won't get to sleep and getting quite frustrated! Completely counter-productive. Some nights i just have to let my dumb mind work its own way out Sad
