Latest News: Prodyon announces Shortnoise for Kontakt

Hello,
I subscribed "plugins for life" hoping at least to be able to get some Phenome love (fixes and improvements and Factory "C" Bank...). What's happening? Is plugins for life still something alive? I don't know if I should get worried, sad or a bit angry... Thanks, Mario |

No, I just thought this was his support forum and so it was the best place to ask, as anybody else aware of any news could share them here.
Thanks, Mario |

Looks like you got screwed, too. Doesn't suprise me at all. I purchased Livemachine, which is basically useless for me in it's current state. Further development or bug fixes are not to be expected. Marketing practices and pricing structures are dodgy and very questionable.
For me that's enough to strictly stay away from Prodyon. Good luck with your purchase! |

Yup, same thought here... I cannot say I wasn't warned though... similar thing happened in the past with Prodyon and I read about it but Dennis reassured about this.
Oh well my bad, totally... but what a sad way to make business and support. - Mario |

Wasn't Phenome freeware? According to Dennis's site there is something new on the way. http://www.prodyon-virtual-gear.com/crbst_7.html |

Yes, that banner is there since several months. I bought Phenome paid banks and "plugins for life" willing to support further development of Phenome - it's flawed in its current version.
But it's complete utter silence now - Mario |

The same thing happened with the first PFL deal offered by Prodyon. Dennis went AWOL, then popped up again a year or two later with a load of new (free to PFL owners) plugins. I expect he'll do something similar again. If in doubt, drop him an email. I have no complaints either way, as the PFL deal was soooo cheap. |

Quote: Dear customers,
...finally, after more than six years PRODYON has come to an end! I want to thank EVERYONE for their support over the years! PRODYON is a full-time job, bills have to be payed and unfortunately the sales can't compensate that anymore. In fact not even close. So currently i don't see any other choice than this. You as an existing customer will still get e-mail support in case of problems, questions or crucial bugs! You can consider a donation if you don't wanna see PRODYON moving down the drain - (if you don't already have it) you will get full access to all the current Packages/Products (Plugin-For-Life - Area) which include Livemachine, Enchoir, Polypitch, Phenome + Expansions and all the rest. It was a great experience and a wonderful time - i want to say thank you for supporting me! PRODYON might come back in the future - but at the moment i can't tell if it will happen ... or when it will happen... Thanks! All the best, Dennis _____________ www.prodyon.net hm... |

Plain ridiculous, I'd say.
Yes Dennis, take my money and run, especially with the reassuring you wrote just a few post above - and a few days ago. Sorry guy, be sure you won't face again around soon with new commercial offers, you won't get good reviews from me, to say the least... You're across the scam borderline for me - Mario |
