I think we've firmly established that 7 Aliens is a very part time project for the developer, who must also be the only employee.
I guess this is just the risk we run sometimes when buying plug-ins from small developers. I'm not sure if it's really breaking any legal contract for them to take a week and a half to answer emails, so I'm not sure there's much to do but be patient. ---- Yes! |

Dear A.M Gold,
I guess it boils down to responsibility. Unless that person clearly stated that license transfer is not allowed. So, I question myself: Why make life complex? Let's make it simple. If by the end of this week I receive no news, then I will refund the money, period no bars added. There are lots of other interesting things in this world, and not selling that is not the end of the world. Cheers, g7 |

Yep, that's all you can do.
It would be nice if there was a list of "unresponsive" developers here at KVR, but I'm sure there would be a huge amount of arguing over who should be on it, and it might just be too touchy of a subject to try to cover with a sticky. ---- Yes! |

Afaik it's only one developer from Czech, seems to be more a spare time project. This is often a problem if this one-man shows having not many sales and stopping with support and such things (or having a day-time job and no time for their hobby).
I would give him more time to answer and write another mail/support request. |

Hi 4damind,
Thanks for the advice. In that case, I may give that person more time. So far, I have sent that person 6 emails, between July 25,2011 and August 05, 2011. OK, I'll send my next email. |

I have catanya and I was about to buy the W2 harmonizer. After reading this topic I'd rather not do it anymore. I will be buying products only from well ebstablished developers from now on. Lesson learned There should be a rating system where people could write complete reviews of the developers. Something similar to the plugin review system. And a "top 100 worse" list |

May be that Branislav Dimos is on a vacation. In Europe in many countries this is a typical holiday time (kids have school holidays and such stuff).
I would give him some more time to answer. Yes, for the future is always a good idea to have a well known company behind a product. This one-man companies are in some cases problematic. I remember also to Kjaerhus but also to other developers like Lennard from Sylenth where the customers are a bit frustrated because the inactivity. |

Hi abstractcats,
Thanks for sharing the information. Right now, I am using the official channel aliens@aliens.com with the hope that someone will expedite the transfer. Unfortunately, I don't subscribe to face book due to personal reasons. Thanks again. |

I purchased it second hand and it took over a week and more than a few emails to get a response and action out of it. Be patient. |

Hi Guys,
Good news. Today, the license transfer has been executed by 7-aliens. I'd like to thank to all of you for your support and advice, without which I would have cancelled this transaction. Thanks again guys. Truly Yours, g7 ---------------------- Case CLOSED! ---------------------------------------- |
