As you may or may not know, I've not been able to release 64 bit plugins because Delphi (the application I use to create plugins) wasn't able to build 64 bit software. However this changed a week or two ago. A new version of Delphi has been released with the ability to create 64 bit software.
I've started working towards 64 bit support. However it's still early days and I've got no idea of how much work is involved or how it long will take. I know quite a few people have made the move to 64 bit by now. Hopefully it will not be too long before Poise can make the jump too. Shannon |

I asked IL about the port to 64bit, for the plug-ins at least, they didn't seem too keen.
But I know OAM is looking into porting Poise over Hopefully Preston Gate too No pressure of course lol If you need beta testers, I think you'll not be short of offers |

I'm intending to port all the plugins. Not sure which ones will be finished first. |

cool - poise is working great in reaper 64 bridged right now
but 64 would be preferable. i'd also be happy to beta test when and if necessary. nym ---- electronic instrumentalism, MIDI instrument design, and words. |

Update: Most of the Poise code base is now ready for 64 bit. The GUI is the main remaining holdup. It looks like it will need to be re-written unfortunately. The graphics library that the GUI uses is far from 64 bit compatible. The GUI re-write is not all bad though as it probably had to happen at some point anyway. |

As a new, happy Poise user, this is great news. I'm slowly transitioning to 64-bit Reaper and look forward to keeping 32-bit riffraff to a minimum when that happens ---- Will mix for fun |
