For those having problems installing EVE on Windows, check the new file I uploaded:

WIN_EVE_V304_VST.zip

Also, the jpg I put there:

Wusik_EVE_V3_DATA.jpg

That should help putting things in order again.

After putting the files into the folder EVE DATA I got the message that the skins and banks could not be found. Maybe because I have those in a subfolder. After moving them into the root folder EVE DATA Cubase don't find the EVE dll (EVE is not listed as VST Instrument) and I get no message anymore, even after a VST rescan inside Cubase 5.53 32 or 64 bit WIN7.

Find out the Wusik EVE .dll file and make sure its in a path Cubase looks for VstPlugins. Also, re-set the VST scan inside Cubase (there's an option for that, check the manual) And make sure that your Wusik EVE DATA folder has all data files inside like the jpg we included in the download url area.

Up to now I only get it to work in Cubase 5.5.3 win 7 32 bit. Cubase 64 bit no luck, even delete dll and restart system no effect . As I wrote rescan plugin folder also no effect.

It shows up in Cubase 64 bit now , but I get an error message in Cubase 32bit and 64bit, when I want to load presets:
File missing: Code 0-File D:\Program.... \Wusik Eve Data\...SND

Did you check to see if the file was actually there? IT tells you which file is missing, go to that folder and see if the file is there, otherwise, do a search for it. Be sure you have installed all required files.

thanks for the quick reply. It is in the subfolder of Wusik Data. Can I make a rescan.

Be sure its inside Wusik EVE Data and in the correct subfolder, check the install files again, or reinstall.

The dll has to be in the folder D:\Program Files(x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugIns not in the D:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugIns, don't ask me why.
Reintall does not help.
I think EVE don't want to look into subfolders.
It expects the files in the root folder:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Wusik EVE Data\Organs

Not in this folder:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Wusik EVE Data\Wusik_EVE_V3_Sounds_1\Organs

The programm can't find it and I can't set the folder to search for.
So do I have to move the files into the Root folder and what is with the EVE Banks and Waveform folders of the Sound folders? Do I have to move the files of Banks and Waveform from the sound folders into one Banks and Waveform folder in the root folder?

There's no Wusik_EVE_V3_Sounds_1 folder anywhere in the install, did you create it yourself?

Organs should be in the root folder of the EVE data folder. Like this:

Skins
Organs
EVE Banks
Waveforms

Get it?

Its not like Wusik Station.

Wusik_EVE_V3_Sounds_1.zip if I unzip it I get a folder with that name above.

If I don't do that I am asked if I want to override the Banks folder because it is in every zipped sound folder. I try to integrate, hope I got it

Help....Just purchased this on your website 3 days ago and have still not been able to use it. States that it cannot find the new version skin files and new version bank files. I have tried every possible combination that I can think of as far as setting up file direction and nothing works. I downloaded every file related to this program, printed the manual and read everything I can find and still nothing.....javascript:emoticon('') BTW: Running MAC OSX 10.7 using DP 7 & Logic 9 AU Format

Did you read all the above? Its clear that you have a previous demonstration version installed, or its data folder still there, or even no V3 data files installed. Please, do a search for Wusik EVE DATA or just EVE to check what folders you have, maybe the MAC registery is still looking into an older EVE DATA folder that doesn't have the V3 files.

I have the same problem with OSX 10.6.8 and Logic pro 9, done as it written in this forum thread and instructions where to put all files. My EVE v2 works fine when it is installed but the update to 3.02 dosent work as described above.

I noticed when I look in the content for the component file it differs for the v3 and v2, the later has skins files in its content v3 has not it is to be correct. Also says the plist that the version number is 2.00 is this also correct?

Thanks to Asseca, we updated the OSX files, this should fix the situation up.
